Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized, custom made and designed nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds and no returns are accepted.  Exchanges and order cancellations are not accepted. 

In few cases, exchanges may be accepted within 10 days of receipt of the order ONLY for non-personalized items that are unworn, with its original packaging and same condition that was shipped out from Wow! My Box. Please, contact us at order@wowmyboxshop.com for approval, requirements and process to follow.

Return for exchanges and the additional shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.  

All orders are custom made and thoroughly inspected before mailing off, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS nor EXCHANGES allowed. Before ordering, please read listing instructions thoroughly and leave all necessary information. Failure to follow listing instructions could result in a misprint at no fault or responsibility of our shop. 

Please keep in mind that the color of the actual merchandise can slightly vary from the color you see on your monitor, let us know if you need color confirmation.
